What to check
STEP 1
Check EI Portal Alerts page for specific alert code. Do NOT clear PV-Safe without identifying root cause.
STEP 2
Inspect the flagged string for wiring faults, damaged connectors, or isolation issues.
Escalate if
Always contact Tigo support before clearing PV-Safe — the root cause must be confirmed resolved first.
