What to check
STEP 1
Confirm CCA/TAP running. Confirm all serial numbers entered in EI App. Wait 60 minutes after sunrise.
STEP 2
Measure panel voltage — must be ≥16V for TS4 to power on. Run Discovery: EI App > Start Discovery.
Escalate if
16V confirmed, serial numbers entered, TAP working, unit still grey after 24 hours — contact Tigo support (may need re-assignment from previous system).
