CCA cannot connect to Tigo cloud servers. EI Portal shows system offline.
Common causes
WiFi SSID/password changed5 GHz network (not supported)Special characters in SSID/passwordRouter firewall blocking outbound connectionEthernet cable disconnected
What to check
STEP 1
Confirm router is online. Run Network Test via EI App > Settings > Network Test.
STEP 2
Confirm 2.4 GHz WiFi only. Remove any special characters from SSID/password (!&%#?./+). Power cycle CCA and router.
Escalate if
2.4 GHz confirmed, credentials alphanumeric, ethernet tested — still offline. Contact Tigo support: support@tigoenergy.com
