CCA No LED / No Power
CCA LED is completely dark — no power reaching the unit.
Common causes
AC breaker feeding DIN-rail PSU is OFF or trippedDIN-rail power supply failedWiring from PSU to CCA terminal loose
What to check
STEP 1
Check AC breaker for the CCA circuit. Check DIN-rail power supply LED — green = healthy.
STEP 2
Measure voltage at CCA power terminal with multimeter — should be 12–24VDC.
Escalate if
Power confirmed at terminal, LED still dark — CCA hardware fault. Contact Tigo support.
