Gateway could not synchronise and close the islanding contactor within 5 minutes of grid return.

What to check
STEP 1
Verify voltage and frequency at the Gateway terminals are within the grid code window.
STEP 2
Check the correct UK grid code (G98/G99) is set in Tesla One.
Escalate if
Sync fails repeatedly with in-spec supply and correct code
