De-energise and inspect contactor wiring and any external backup contactor.
STEP 2
Run the full gateway turn-on sequence: SPD on, grid on, inverter MCB on, AC isolator on, DC isolator on, hold the red button 10 seconds, backup breaker last once AC and DC show green. Then run a backup test in Tesla One.
Escalate if
Contactor physically fails to operate, likely Gateway replacement
