Optimizer Firmware Update Failed
Optimizer firmware upgrade has failed — commonly occurs when light conditions are insufficient for the update process.

Insufficient solar irradiance during updateLarge number of optimizers causing extended update time
What to check
STEP 1
Check current light conditions — update requires good solar irradiance. Retry update at noon on a clear day.
STEP 2
Note: for large systems with many optimizers, update may take more than 20 minutes.
Escalate if
Update fails repeatedly under good irradiance — contact Sungrow support
