What to check
STEP 1
Check whether grid is supplying power — test other loads in property. Confirm AC circuit breaker is closed (ON).
STEP 2
Inspect AC cable — confirm firmly connected at both inverter terminal and distribution board. Verify live and neutral are not swapped.

Grid confirmed present, cabling confirmed correct, fault still active — contact Sungrow support
