Battery System Configuration Error (Incorrect PACK Count)
Number of battery PACKs connected does not match system configuration. Single-phase hybrid: 2–6 PACKs. Three-phase hybrid: 3–8 PACKs.

What to check
STEP 1
Update hybrid inverter, WiNet, and battery firmware to latest versions. Verify PACK count against inverter type specification.
STEP 2
If PACK count incorrect, adjust number of installed PACKs accordingly.

PACK count correct and firmware updated but fault persists — contact manufacturer
