Battery Under Temperature

Battery temperature has fallen below minimum operating limit for charging (0°C). Auto-recovers when ambient temperature rises.

Common causes

Ambient temperature has dropped below 0°C (charging) or -20°C (discharging)

What to check

STEP 1

Check ambient temperature at battery location. Charging is not permitted below 0°C. Switch off battery immediately if SOC below 3%.

STEP 2

Improve installation environment — add insulation or climate control.

Fault persists once temperature is within range — contact manufacturer
