Battery temperature has exceeded maximum operating limit (55°C). Charging range: 0–55°C. Discharging range: -20–55°C.
Common causes
Heat source near battery installationBattery installed in unventilated or enclosed spaceAmbient temperature exceeds operating range
What to check
STEP 1
Check for heat sources near battery (direct sunlight, heating equipment, poor ventilation). Measure ambient temperature — must be within 0–55°C (charging). Switch off battery immediately if SOC below 3%.
STEP 2
Improve installation environment: add ventilation, fit shading, or relocate battery.
Escalate if
Ambient temperature acceptable but fault persists — contact manufacturer
