Battery Fault – General / Over-Discharge

General battery fault — may relate to cell voltage anomaly, capacity issue, or other BMS-detected condition. SWITCH OFF IMMEDIATELY if SOC drops below 3%.

Battery power cable abnormality (reverse or loose connection)Battery cell voltage genuinely abnormalDeep discharge condition
STEP 1
Generally clears within 20 minutes — wait and observe. If SOC is below 3%, switch off battery system immediately to prevent deep discharge damage.
STEP 2
If not self-clearing, switch off battery. Check power cable — verify not reversed and firmly connected. If cable is correct, check real-time battery voltage.
Cable correct, voltage acceptable, fault does not self-clear — contact manufacturer
