STEP 1
SAFETY CRITICAL: Do NOT disconnect DC switch while DC current above 0.5 A. Wait for DC side current to drop below 0.5 A, then disconnect DC switch.
STEP 2
Do NOT attempt to power inverter back on. Contact Sungrow Customer Service immediately for assessment and repair.
Escalate if
Always escalate — do not attempt repair. Contact Sungrow Customer Service.
