What to check
STEP 1
Disconnect DC switch to OFF. Inspect all DC cables for visible damage — cuts, abrasion, pinching, or burning. Check DC terminals, fuses, and combiners for loose connections.
STEP 2
Replace damaged cables or components. Fasten any loose terminals. Reconnect DC supply. Clear electric arc fault via App or LCD screen.
Escalate if
No visible damage found or fault returns after clearing — contact Sungrow support
