Over-Temperature

ID1=Internal temperature too high (ventilation/power module), ID2=Gun line temperature too high (aging, sensor, or current setting).

STEP 1
ID1: Check ventilation, check for direct sunlight, check fan is functioning normally. ID2: Check charging gun head is plugged in correctly and check for aging or wear
STEP 2
ID1: Replace fan if abnormal. ID2: Check temperature sensor and charging current settings
Fault persists after checks — submit fault feedback via mySigen App > Support > Troubleshooting
