Software Version Mismatch

Equipment's internal software version does not match. ID1=Inverter software mismatch, ID2=Software/hardware mismatch, ID3=Protocol version mismatch.

Incomplete or failed firmware upgradeIncompatible firmware versions across devices
STEP 1
Attempt the firmware upgrade again via the mySigen App
STEP 2
If upgrade fails repeatedly, check all devices are on compatible firmware versions
Upgrade is unsuccessful — submit fault feedback via APP > Service > Troubleshooting
