What to check
STEP 1
Check DC cable for short circuits or broken cables. Check positive and negative poles are not shorted to ground
STEP 2
If fault occurs on rainy days, recheck after weather improves. Check ISO impedance protection value in APP meets local regulations
Escalate if
Cables are normal and fault persists in dry conditions — submit fault feedback via APP > Service > Troubleshooting
