STEP 1
Check DC cable for short circuit or broken cable. Check positive and negative poles of DC cable are not shorted to ground
STEP 2
If fault occurs on rainy days, recheck after weather improves
Escalate if
Cables confirmed correct in dry conditions and fault persists — submit fault report via mySigen App > Support > Troubleshooting
