Charging Cable Fault
Charging cable has abnormal current-carrying capacity (socket-type charger only).
Common causes
Charging cable current-carrying capacity outside specFaulty cable PP-PE resistance
What to check
STEP 1
Remove charging cable. Use multimeter to measure resistance between PP and PE. Expected: 100, 220, 680, or 1500 ohm (±3%)
STEP 2
If resistance is correct but fault persists, contact technical support. If resistance is incorrect, replace the charging cable
Escalate if
Cable replaced and fault persists — contact technical support
