DI Custom Fault
Digital input custom fault triggered. ID1=OVGR fault (ground fault overvoltage relay), ID2=RPR fault (reverse power protection relay).
Common causes
Ground fault detected by relay (ID1)Reverse power flowing when it shouldn't (ID2)
What to check
STEP 1
ID1: Check for system grounding faults. ID2: Check meter communication and verify battery is not discharging to grid
STEP 2
Verify all earth connections are secure and low resistance

Fault recurs and cause cannot be identified — contact support
