CT Wiring Anomaly
CT (current transformer) wiring is incorrect or reversed. ID1-ID3=Phase A/B/C CT reverse connections, ID4=CT misconfiguration, ID5=Electric meter wiring error.

Verify CT connections match installation diagram exactly

Check that Phase A, B, C leads are not reversed or swapped
