Load Fault
ID1-ID3=Load phase A/B/C overvoltage, ID4-ID6=Phase A/B/C undervoltage, ID7=Overfrequency, ID8=Underfrequency.
Common causes
Load phase voltage or frequency outside normal range
What to check
STEP 1
Check load frequency/voltage. If load is abnormal, wait for return to normal — alarm resets automatically
STEP 2
If load is normal and does not recover, check load wiring
Escalate if
Load and wiring confirmed correct and fault persists — submit fault report via APP > Support > Troubleshooting
