Generator Failure

ID1-ID3=Generator phase A/B/C overvoltage, ID4-ID6=Phase A/B/C undervoltage, ID7=Overfrequency, ID8=Underfrequency.

Generator phase voltage too high or too lowGenerator frequency out of range
STEP 1
Check generator voltage/frequency. If generator is abnormal, wait for it to return to normal — alarm resets automatically
STEP 2
If generator is normal and alarm does not recover, check generator wiring
Generator confirmed normal and wiring correct but fault persists — submit fault feedback via APP > Support > Troubleshooting
