Grid Failure
ID1-ID3=Phase A/B/C overvoltage, ID4-ID6=Phase A/B/C undervoltage, ID7=Overfrequency, ID8=Underfrequency.
Common causes
Grid phase voltage too high or too lowGrid frequency out of range
What to check
STEP 1
Check grid voltage/frequency. If grid is abnormal, wait for grid to return to normal — alarm resets automatically
STEP 2
If grid is normal and alarm does not recover, check grid wiring
Escalate if
Grid confirmed normal and wiring correct but fault persists — submit fault feedback via APP > Support > Troubleshooting
