Internal overvoltage, overcurrent, or imbalance protection triggered
What to check
STEP 1
If occasional, may be caused by transient environmental change. Equipment will return to normal after environment stabilises
Escalate if
Fault occurs frequently or does not recover — submit fault feedback via APP > Service > Troubleshooting
