Equipment Fault
Internal circuit fault. ID1=Control circuit, ID2=Battery module, ID3=Auxiliary power, ID4=Master-slave comms, ID5=Switch button stuck.

What to check
STEP 1
Issue standby/shutdown command via APP. Disconnect DC and AC switches. Wait a few minutes for full power-down
STEP 2
Turn on DC and AC switches. Issue startup command via APP
Escalate if
Fault persists after power cycle — submit fault feedback via APP > Service > Support > Troubleshooting
