What to check
STEP 1
Isolate inverter (AC off, DC off). Check neutral terminal at AC connection block — confirm firmly torqued (M5: 2.0 N·m)
STEP 2
Check neutral wiring from consumer unit to inverter — confirm continuity and correct termination
