Communication Fault

ID1=4G comms fault, ID2=CAN comms fault, ID3=Meter comms fault, ID4=Gateway comms fault.

Insufficient 4G data or SIM not inserted (ID1)Poor contact at floating connectors or CAN module fault (ID2)Poor contact at meter connector (ID3)Poor contact between Gateway and inverter (ID4)
STEP 1
ID1: Check 4G data balance, recharge if needed. ID2/ID3/ID4: Restart device. Check all comms ports are reliably connected and connectors are seated
STEP 2
ID1: If data is sufficient, reseat the 4G dongle. ID4: Confirm Gateway communication port is secure
Fault does not clear after reseating connectors and restarting — submit fault feedback via mySigen App > Support > Troubleshooting
