What to check
STEP 1
ID1: Check 4G data balance, recharge if needed. ID2/ID3/ID4: Restart device. Check all comms ports are reliably connected and connectors are seated
STEP 2
ID1: If data is sufficient, reseat the 4G dongle. ID4: Confirm Gateway communication port is secure
Escalate if
Fault does not clear after reseating connectors and restarting — submit fault feedback via mySigen App > Support > Troubleshooting
