What to check
STEP 1
Inverter will reconnect when grid returns to normal. Measure actual grid voltage across all three phases
STEP 2
If phase voltage amplitude or phase difference is large, contact local power company
Escalate if
Grid is confirmed balanced but fault persists — submit fault feedback via APP > Service > Troubleshooting
