What to check
STEP 1
Inverter will reconnect when grid returns to normal. Measure actual grid frequency
STEP 2
If frequency consistently out of range, contact local power operator. Check APP protection parameter settings
Escalate if
Grid frequency is within range but fault persists — submit fault feedback via APP > Service > Troubleshooting
