What to check
STEP 1
Inverter will reconnect when grid returns to normal. Measure actual grid voltage
STEP 2
If voltage consistently high, contact local power operator. Check overvoltage protection settings in APP
Escalate if
Grid voltage is within range but fault persists — submit fault feedback via APP > Service > Troubleshooting
