STEP 1
Inverter will reconnect automatically when grid returns. Check whether grid supply is reliably present
STEP 2
Check AC switch is not open. Check AC circuit breaker is closed
Escalate if
Grid is confirmed live, breakers are closed, and fault recurs — submit fault feedback via APP > Support > Troubleshooting
