PV String Reverse Connection

Positive and negative terminals reversely connected on the alarm string. ID1-ID16 indicate which string.

String positive and negative leads reversedConnector installed backwards
What to check
STEP 1
Wait for PV string current to drop below 0.5A. Disconnect DC switch. Correct polarity of the affected string
Escalate if
Polarity confirmed correct and fault persists — submit fault feedback via APP > Service > Troubleshooting
