PV String Overvoltage
One or more strings have input voltage exceeding maximum. ID1-ID16 indicate which string is affected.
Common causes
Too many panels in seriesOpen-circuit voltage exceeds maximum input voltage
What to check
STEP 1
Machine will restart after environment returns to normal. Measure PV voltage of alarm string to confirm it exceeds system voltage
STEP 2
If string voltage is too high, reduce number of panels in that string. Disconnect DC switch before adjusting
Escalate if
Fault persists and string configuration is correct — submit fault feedback via APP > Service > Troubleshooting
