What to check
STEP 1
Check inverter location — must not be in direct sunlight. Minimum clearances: 300mm top, 200mm sides, 100mm bottom
STEP 2
Feel for hot air from vents — if fan not running, internal fan may have failed
Escalate if
Environment and clearances correct, fan confirmed running — internal thermal fault, contact Solis support
