STEP 1
Check battery location — must be out of direct sunlight. Ambient temperature must be within spec: Dyness Powerbox G2: 0–40°C charge, −20–55°C discharge. Fogstar Drift 16kWh: 0–45°C
STEP 2
Ensure 100mm clearance around battery for ventilation. Do not mount next to heat sources
Environment within spec but fault persists — internal cell or BMS fault, contact manufacturer
