STEP 1
De-energise system. Check DC cable polarity with multimeter before reconnecting — red to +, black to −
STEP 2
Check MC4 connector assembly — verify pin genders match Solis MC4 requirements

Polarity confirmed correct but fault persists — internal MPPT issue, contact Solis support
