What to check
STEP 1
Confirm broadband is working (test on another device). Port 443 must be open to cloud.fox-ess.com. Check router for any website blocking or content filters
STEP 2
Wait 5 minutes — this state may self-resolve after initial cloud handshake. Try power cycling the router and dongle
Escalate if
Broadband confirmed working and port 443 not blocked but cloud still unreachable after 30 minutes — escalate to Fox ESS UK support
