10-Minute Average Voltage Fault
The 10-minute rolling average grid voltage exceeds the G98/G99 threshold. Inverter must disconnect for the required hold-off period.

Persistently high grid voltage (often due to grid export from PV)DNO network issue
What to check
STEP 1
Check 10-minute average voltage in the app. If consistently above 253 V, check export limiting settings
STEP 2
Enable or tighten Active Power Control. Consider reactive power (Q) settings
Escalate if
DNO notification required — grid voltage persistently high
