What to check
STEP 1
Connect phone/laptop to dongle's own hotspot (SSID: W-xxxxxxx, default password: mtmt2020). Browse to https://192.168.1.1. Enter correct WiFi SSID and password. Save
STEP 2
If router is 5GHz-only, enable 2.4GHz band on router settings. The WLan-WW supports 2.4GHz only
Escalate if
Cannot connect to 192.168.1.1 admin page — try factory reset (hold reset button on dongle) then reconfigure
