Ground Fault
Ground / Earth Fault
Earth fault current detected. Inverter shuts down for safety.
Common causes
PE conductor not connected at inverter or AC isolator
Faulty earth connection at consumer unit
Damaged AC cable
What to check
STEP 1
Check the PE (earth) terminal is secure at the inverter AC output. Confirm AC isolator earth is connected
STEP 2
Test earth continuity from inverter PE terminal back to consumer unit earth bar
Escalate if
Earth continuity confirmed and fault persists — escalate
