What to check
STEP 1
Check CAN cable at EP battery COM port and inverter BMS port. On parallel EP systems, only the Main unit's COM port connects to the inverter — Slave units connect only via LINK IN/LINK OUT chain
STEP 2
In Fox Cloud, confirm battery type matches installed EP model. Power cycle battery (POWER switch off → wait 30s → POWER switch on) and inverter
Escalate if
Cable confirmed correct, battery type correct — swap CAN cable. If still failing, escalate
