What to check
STEP 1
This is not a recoverable fault — the battery has completed its usable cycle life. Report to customer
STEP 2
Check if the battery is still within its warranty period (typically 10 years or specified cycle count). Raise warranty claim with Fox ESS if applicable
Escalate if
Battery is within warranty period — escalate to service.uk@fox-ess.com with full cycle history from Fox Cloud
