Battery pack voltage has exceeded the maximum threshold. Charging interrupted.

What to check
STEP 1
Check inverter battery charge voltage setting in Fox Cloud matches the ECS battery model spec (e.g. ECS2900-H2: max 131.4V, ECS4100-H7: max 459.9V)
STEP 2
Power cycle battery (DC switch off → hold POWER button 5s → DC switch on). Monitor charge voltage in Fox Cloud after restart
Escalate if
Voltage is above maximum under light or no-load — cell or BMS fault, escalate
