What to check
STEP 1
Count physical CS modules in the stack. Check DIP switch on CM matches. Inspect all inter-module CAN cables (daisy-chain between CS modules) — each cable must be fully seated
STEP 2
Power down full stack (DC switch off, hold POWER 5s). Restore in correct sequence: DC switch on, then POWER button. Check that each CS module's LED becomes active
Escalate if
Addressing fails with correct DIP switch and all cables seated — failed CS module, escalate
