Cell 0V Fault — Dead Cell or Broken Sense Wire

One or more cells is reading 0V. Either the cell has failed or the sense wire is broken.

STEP 1
Do not attempt to charge. Check if the battery has been subject to deep discharge or physical impact
STEP 2
Inspect BMS connector on the affected CS module for damage or corrosion. Report to service.uk@fox-ess.com with battery model and serial number
Always escalate — risk of thermal event. Do not operate until inspected
