AIO: EPS Over Load

EPS Output Overload

The AIO EPS (backup) output is overloaded — total backup load exceeds the AIO EPS rating.

Too many loads on backup circuitHigh-inrush motor or compressor starting on backup circuitAIO-H1-3.0 has 3.3kW EPS rating — AIO-H1-5.0 has 6kW — verify model
STEP 1
Identify and disconnect non-essential loads from the EPS circuit. Check the AIO model's EPS output rating (printed on inverter label)
STEP 2
Motor or compressor loads have high inrush — even if steady-state power is within EPS rating, inrush can trip the EPS overload. Consider removing motor loads from backup circuit
Overload occurs with loads well within EPS rating — possible hardware fault, escalate
