What to check
STEP 1
Inspect all DC connectors for burn marks, carbonisation, or damage. Check DC terminal connections at inverter are tight
STEP 2
Inspect cable runs for any points of mechanical damage or chafing. Check junction boxes on panels
Escalate if
No visible arc damage found and fault persists — replace affected cables/connectors and retest. If still present, escalate
