Internal 30mA AC or 6mA DC residual current protection has triggered.
Common causes
EV vehicle has DC leakage (Type A RCD issue — this unit has Type B equivalent internally)Wet or damaged EV cableCharger wiring fault
What to check
STEP 1
Disconnect the EV. Check if fault clears when EV is disconnected. If it does, the leakage is in the EV or its on-board charger. Try a different EV to confirm
STEP 2
Inspect the EV cable for damage. Check charger AC supply wiring for any moisture ingress at terminals
Escalate if
Fault persists with EV disconnected — charger wiring or hardware fault, escalate. Do not operate until resolved — safety hazard
