STEP 1
Check maximum current setting in FoxSwitch app matches the installed cable rating (typically 32A for 7.3kW single-phase). Check OCPP dynamic load management settings
STEP 2
Check MCB at consumer unit is correct rating. Verify cable from CU to charger is min 6mm² for 32A
Escalate if
Current within rated limits but fault persists — charger hardware fault, escalate
